Returns & Exchanges

Fluff a Plush™ stands behind its products and quality controls. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a Peacock Alley product you purchased from FluffaPlush.com, or from one of our authorized retailers, and other conditions are satisfied (detailed below), you may return the product to us within 30 days of the date you received the product for a refund or replacement product through our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (“30-Day Guarantee”).

Please note that because Fluff a Plush™ is unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the 30-Day Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

  • Return Procedure

    Products that are purchased from our stores or our authorized retailers do not come with a RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please create a return and be prepared to provide the following information:

    Your order number and email address associated with your order.

    An explanation of why you are not satisfied with the product.

  • The following limitations apply to the 30-Day Guarantee:

    • All returned products must include an original receipt or other proof of purchase.
    • Products that are being returned to us must leave your possession within 30 days of the date of purchase. The Fluff a Plush™ 30-Day Guarantee is effective beginning on the date of your purchase.
    • Returned products must be in or with original packaging.
    • Products are not eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee if they have been used, laundered, monogrammed, or have been damaged due to improper or unreasonable use.
    • Custom-order products, including products with cut fabric yardage, are not eligible for the Guarantee.
    • All products returned pursuant to the 30-Day Guarantee are subject to return approval. Fluff a Plush™ reserves the right to inspect and return products to the customer if they are not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back with a letter stating our reason for denying the request.
    • For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for products returned to Fluff a Plush™. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse.
    • *Note: This policy applies only to Fluff a Plush™ online or brick-and-mortar retail purchases, and is not applicable to Fluff a Plush™ wholesale account product returns or exchanges.
  • Helpful Return Information

    Refunds are limited to the original purchaser; no receipt is transferable.

    For purchases made through Fluff a Plush™ stores or website, refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt and after review of your returned product; refunds will be credited to you in the original form of payment.

    Refunds will exclude the shipping portion of your original purchase unless your return is due to a manufacturing or shipping error on our part.


Orders & Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to every country in the world.
  • Can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Our efficient delivery service is solely responsible to get our readily available stock to you. Once your order is placed, we ensure your product reaches within a committed span of time. We try our best to process your orders as soon as possible normally within 2-3 business days. However, currently, due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays in our delivery. Shipping times for orders could take upto 5-9 business days.
  • How can I change my order?

    You can change your order for 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can’t guarantee that we can change it.
  • How can I cancel my order?

    We accept all cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to $25 processing fee. In case of wrong address we will try to ship it again for no extra charge. In case the package is still undelivered or customer refuse to accept it, it will be subject to a cnacellation fee and shipment handeling charges of 25% of the order amount or $25 whichever is higher.
  • I ORDERED MULTIPLE PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER, WILL THEY ARRIVE TOGETHER?

    Usually yes, you will receive all items in one parcel. Sometimes, products are shipped seperately because they aren’t available in the same warehouse.
  • WHERE DOES THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

    All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Italy, Portagual, India, and Pakistan. Depending on the stock available.


Materials & Care

  • Where do the materials come from?

    Our luxury bedding products are imported from mills in India, Pakistan, Portugal and Italy, many of which we have worked with for over 30 years. In the textile industry, these are countries known for their expertise and craftsmanship.
  • How do I have to clean my product?

    We recommend washing this bed linen at 40ºC but it can be washed at 30ºC. Lower temperatures save energy, helping to be kinder to the environment. An easy care finish has been added to minimise ironing and will last wash after wash. Tumble Dry at low temperature
